This project was the set up and installation of all preliminary plumbing works for a Thai restaurant in Frankston,

The works completed included installation of a new 2000ltr grease interceptor at the rear of the restaurant,

new trade waste service piping that connected to the grease interceptor and sewer main, new sewer lines throughout to service toilets and kitchen areas,

main cold water feed from a newly installed check meter and a new gas main from existing gas meter to service the needs of the restaurant and kitchen.

After the installation was complete, the precise planning allowed the following trades to fit out the restaurant with little effort,

giving a great end result to the customer.
