This particular project involved all aspects of the plumbing trade, everything from below ground drainage right up to the hydronic central heating system and even including quite a bit of intricate roofing sections that integrated with the existing a new slate roofing.

The Original home was extended to roughly 3 times the size of its original footprint. With the addition of extra space it required all of the necessary pipework for drainage, gas and water supply for all of the custom fixtures and appliances not to mention quite a large hydronic heating system to create a wonderfully balanced environment during winter. The roofing required was a few sections of deck roof, round downpipes throughout and numerous colorbond flashings to seal the roof on all of the intersecting points. A decorative gas log fire was installed in the main lounge room to finish everything off nicely.

The result was a fantastically designed and renovated house by the beach, involving many hands. The customers were over the moon with all of the plumbing works completed by us.
