This particular project was quite challenging as there was much investigation involved before we knew we could even commence work. We try and do as much research with the equipment we have available to ensure that we are not only doing the job properly, but also making the job as easy as possible and to also help the job run as smooth as possible.

The townhouse originally had 4 decorative gas log fires installed in seperate rooms throughout the building. The customer was after an installation of 2 new gas log fire inserts in the ground floor lounge/dining room. One of the existing log fires had been removed to make way for a new ensuite bathroom. This renovation also included partial removal of an existing fireplace. It is because of this factor that the job was quite difficult. We needed to use such equipment as drainage cameras and locators to see if we has sufficient access through the remaining chimney.

The result was the installation of 2 new heat and glo gas log fires that were a much larger benefit than the existing.
